# Willow Woods Park > A historic forest venue in Skyforest, California — 5 minutes from Lake Arrowhead — hosting weddings and private events for 30 to 80 guests, 5,741 feet up in the San Bernardino Mountains. Willow Woods Park is a 1920s logging camp that spent the middle of the century as Skyforest Resort and has been in continuous use ever since. The old-growth trees and the log cabins are the originals rather than reproductions. It has been run by the same family for over a decade, 75 miles east of Los Angeles, and it is built for the small wedding the larger venues on this mountain will not take seriously: 30 guests is the floor, 80 is where the property is at its best. Food, service staff, and day-of coordination are all in-house. Everything is priced per person, and the price includes the grounds, set-up, and clean-up rather than sitting on top of a site-rental fee. ## Pricing Wedding prices below are per person, before a 20% service charge and 7.75% sales tax. Current as of Sep 10, 2026. - **Traditional** — from $199 per person. 5 hours, 30–75 guests. The park, ready to go. You choose the food. - **Premium** — from $239 per person. 6 hours, 30–80 guests. The same day, with dinner served. Private-event rates are quoted on inquiry rather than published, on the same per-person terms and the same 20% service charge, with a 30-guest minimum. - [Pricing, machine-readable](https://willowwoodspark.com/pricing.md): both packages line by line, what each covers, worked totals from 30 to 60 guests, the private-event windows, and what the price does not include. ## Pages - [Willow Woods Park](https://willowwoodspark.com/): A forest wedding and private event venue 5 minutes from Lake Arrowhead, for 30 to 80 guests. - [Weddings](https://willowwoodspark.com/weddings): The wedding offer in full — the ceremony grounds, the two packages, and what a day here runs like. - [Pricing](https://willowwoodspark.com/pricing): Both wedding packages with their per-person prices, what each one covers, worked totals by guest count, and what is not included. - [Private events](https://willowwoodspark.com/events): Rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, showers, retreats, company gatherings, and celebrations of life. These and the rest are on https://willowwoodspark.com/faq. ### Is there a separate venue rental fee? No. The per-person price is the venue. Most venues on this mountain quote a site fee first and then add everything else to it; here there is one number, and the day is built on it. ### How many guests can you take? Thirty is the usual minimum, eighty is where the park is at its best, and a hundred is the absolute ceiling. The Traditional package runs to 75 guests and Premium to 80. If your list is shorter than thirty, ask anyway — exceptions get made. ### What is the property actually like? Old-growth forest, garden paths, and the original log cabins from the logging camp — two of them dressing rooms on the day. Lights are strung through the branches for the evening, and there is an arch with a waterfall behind it where couples say their vows. ### When is the season? May through October. That is when this mountain is at its finest — long light through the canopy, evenings warm enough to dance in — and it is why those weekends book first. Come with a date range rather than a single Saturday and we will tell you what is still open in it. ### Can we stay on the property? No — nobody stays overnight at the park, the couple included. Two of the cabins left behind by the logging camp are yours as dressing rooms on the day, but the night is spent in Lake Arrowhead, five minutes down the road, which has the full range of hotels, inns, and rentals. ### How far is it from Lake Arrowhead and from Los Angeles? About a mile from Lake Arrowhead — five minutes by car — and seventy-five miles east of Los Angeles, at 5,741 feet in the San Bernardino Mountains. The address is 28561 State Hwy 18, Skyforest, CA 92385. ### Can we bring our dog? Yes. Willow Woods is pet-friendly — this is forest and garden paths rather than a ballroom, and a dog belongs in it in a way it never belongs on a hotel carpet. ### Who does the catering? LouEddie's, the family's own pizza restaurant, which sits on the same property and is run by the same people who run the park. It is where the food and the service staff come from, and guests mention the pizza unprompted in their reviews. ### Can we bring our own caterer or vendors? Yes. Outside vendors are permitted and we keep a recommended list built up over a decade on this mountain. An outside caterer needs our approval in advance, so send us the name as soon as you have one. On the Traditional package catering is yours to arrange in any case; on Premium the meal is already included. ### Can we serve alcohol? Beer and wine, yes. Spirits, no. Willow Woods sits in a residential forest community, and the policy is part of how it stays a good neighbor in one. ### Are there vegan and gluten-free options? Yes. LouEddie's cooks vegan and gluten-free as a matter of course rather than as a special request. Tell us the numbers and the specifics when you book. ### How late can the music play? All music goes off at ten o'clock sharp. That is a local noise ordinance rather than a house rule, and every venue on this mountain lives under it. ## Contact - Phone: (909) 916-0002 — usually faster than writing - Address: 28561 State Hwy 18, Skyforest, CA 92385 - Inquiries and tour requests: https://willowwoodspark.com/book - Tours are by appointment; there are no walk-in hours. ## Elsewhere - [Google](https://search.google.com/local/reviews?placeid=ChIJE5As9iVWw4ARXnXiU_96074): reviews - [Yelp](https://www.yelp.com/biz/willow-woods-park-skyforest): reviews - [The Knot](https://www.theknot.com/marketplace/willow-woods-park-skyforest-ca-510628): listing and reviews - [WeddingWire](https://www.weddingwire.com/biz/willow-woods-park-skyforest/57054b87208aebd0.html): listing and reviews - [Instagram](https://instagram.com/willowwoodspark) - [Facebook](https://facebook.com/WillowWoodsPark) - [LouEddie's Pizza](https://loueddies.com): the family's restaurant on the same property, which caters and staffs every event here
