Everything here is priced **per person**. There is no separate venue rental fee — the per-person figure is the venue, set up, staffed, coordinated, and cleaned up. There is **no service charge**. **7.75% sales tax** is the only addition. Nothing else is added later.

Prices are floors: quoted as "from", against your final guest count rather than a room capacity. The practical minimum is 30 guests, with exceptions below that on request.

## Traditional — from $199 per person

The park, ready to go. You choose the food.

**The day**

- At least five hours of event time, not counting setup or clean-up
- The whole property to yourselves, with the ceremony and reception set up before you arrive
- Two of the 1920s cabins as dressing rooms for the wedding party on the day
- Day-of coordination
- Everything cleared away and cleaned up after you leave

**Ceremony**

- The ceremony arch, with the waterfall behind it
- A chair set out for every guest, in the open air
- A gift table and a guest book table

**Reception**

- 60-inch round dining tables and banquet chairs
- Floor-length linens and napkins in white, ivory, or black
- A sweetheart table and a cake table
- An area set aside for dancing
- Buffet tables, plates, glasses, and flatware
- Non-alcoholic refreshments
- Cake cutting and serving
- Service staff throughout the event

## Premium — from $239 per person

The same day, with dinner served.

- Price: from $239 per person, plus 7.75% sales tax — no service charge

- Dinner: included, from one of two menus — the LouEddie's artisan pizza experience, or a secret menu of two hand-carved proteins and three sides

## What Premium adds up to

The package price against the guest count, rounded to the nearest hundred. The 7.75% sales tax is on top, and is the only thing that is. These are estimates rather than quotes.

For any package at any guest count: per-person price × guests, then 7.75% sales tax. That last step is why there is no single all-in multiplier here: sales tax follows the food and the rentals rather than the whole figure, so a package with no meal in it is taxed on a smaller base than one with dinner served. Treat any total you compute as an estimate; the quote we send is exact.

## What the price does not cover

- **Alcohol.** Beer and wine are available here; spirits are not, and neither is part of a package. This is a residential forest community, and the rule is part of how the venue stays in it.
- **Catering, on Traditional.** That package covers the park rather than the meal. Premium is the one with dinner in it. Outside caterers are welcome with approval in advance, and LouEddie's Pizza — the family's restaurant on the same property — is the most popular option.
- **Flowers, photography, and music.** Bring your own, or ask for the recommended list.
- **Sales tax, at 7.75%.** The only addition to the per-person price — there is no service charge and no venue rental fee.

## Private events

Rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, showers, retreats, and company gatherings. Priced per person on the same terms as the weddings above — no separate venue fee, no service charge, 7.75% sales tax on top — and **quoted on inquiry** rather than published, because the rate depends on which window and which menu.
