What does a private event cost?

Weekday lunch buffets are from $100 per person with a 30-guest minimum, weekend brunch from $165 per person with a 50-guest minimum, and evening events from $150 midweek or $175 on a Friday or Saturday. All of it is subject to a 20% service charge and sales tax, and none of it carries a separate venue fee.

Do we get the whole property?

Yes. Bookings are private — the park is yours for the window you have booked, not shared with another party or with the public.

Is there a guest minimum?

It depends on the day. Thirty for a weekday lunch, fifty for a weekend brunch or a midweek evening, sixty-five on a Friday or Saturday night. The ceiling across all of them is a hundred, and the park is at its best around eighty.

Can we serve alcohol?

Beer and wine. No spirits — this is a residential forest community and that rule is part of how we stay a good neighbor in it. Music also has to stop at ten sharp, under the local noise ordinance.

Can we hold an event in the winter?

Yes — the park hosts all year, and a forest in the cold months has a quiet the summer never has. May through October is the easiest and busiest season by a distance. Tell us the date you are thinking about and we will be honest about what to expect on it.

What is parking like for a group?

There is parking on site, but it is limited, and there is an overflow turnout on Highway 18. For a larger group we will talk through arrivals when you book — it is the one piece of logistics worth planning properly.

You are booking a place, not building one

Some venues hand you an empty room and a vendor list. Here the trees, the cabins, and the lights are already in place, the food comes from LouEddie’s — the family’s pizza restaurant, fifty steps across the property — and the staff serving it work for the same people who own the park.

One coordinator runs the evening, the tables and chairs are set before your guests arrive, and everything is cleared away after they leave. What you actually have to decide is the date and the menu.
