Is there a separate venue rental fee?

No. The per-person price is the venue. Most venues quote a site fee and then everything else on top of it; here the number you see is the number the day is built on.

Is anything added to the per-person price?

Sales tax, and nothing else. There is no service charge and no site fee. The per-person figure plus tax is the whole of it.

Is the price based on the room size or on our guest count?

Pricing is per person against your final count, not against a room capacity. The practical floor is 30 guests, and we make exceptions below that — ask.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes, with our approval in advance — send us the name and we will confirm it. We keep a recommended list as well. On the Traditional package catering is yours to arrange; LouEddie's, the family's restaurant on the property, is the most popular option and the one guests write reviews about.

How does this compare with other venues near Lake Arrowhead?

Most venues within twenty miles start around $23,000 and are built for 150 guests, with minimums of 60 or 100. The gap is widest at the smallest guest counts: at 40 guests you are comparing roughly $9,600 here against a floor somewhere near $23,000 elsewhere.

The park, ready for you. Catering is the one thing left to arrange — either from LouEddie’s, the family’s pizza restaurant on the property, or a caterer of your own. Outside vendors are welcome, and we keep a list of the ones we trust.

Alcohol

Beer and wine are available here; spirits are not, and neither is part of the package. This is a residential forest community, and the rule keeps us in it.

Catering, on Traditional

The Traditional package covers the park rather than the meal. Premium is the one with dinner in it.

Flowers, photography, music

Bring your own, or ask us — after nearly two decades on this mountain we know who is good and who turns up.

Sales tax

Applied to the total, and the only addition to the per-person price. There is no service charge on top of it.

Private events

Everything that is not a wedding

Rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, retreats, and showers — priced per person, on the same terms and with no separate venue fee. Tell us what you are hosting and we will send the menu and the number that go with it.
