How many guests do we need?

Around 15 to 20. Rehearsal dinners are the one private event we take below the usual 30-guest floor, because most of them are smaller than that. If your list is shorter still, ask anyway.

Can we book if we're getting married somewhere else?

Yes. You don't need to be booking a wedding with us. Couples marrying elsewhere on the mountain or in Lake Arrowhead book the evening the same way.

What does a rehearsal dinner cost?

It's priced per person, plus sales tax, with no service charge and no separate venue rental fee. The rate depends on the evening and the menu, so tell us roughly when and roughly how many, and we'll send the menu and an exact number.

Can we serve alcohol?

Beer and wine, yes. Spirits, no. It's the same rule the rest of the property runs on, and part of how we stay a good neighbor in a residential forest community.

Is a Friday realistic in the summer?

Fridays from May through October go first, so the earlier you come to us with a date the better. Bring a range rather than a single evening if you have one, and we'll tell you what's open in it.

The rehearsal dinner everyone plans last

A private park near Lake Arrowhead, yours for the evening. Groups start at around 15 to 20 guests.

Dinner is cooked on the property by the family’s own restaurant. The tables are laid before the first car arrives and cleared while you’re still saying goodnight.

Set up for your dinner

A separate setup, laid out for your dinner in the space a wedding reception uses. The tables go where your evening needs them and come down afterward.

The park, privately

The same ground a reception uses, for 15 or 20 people instead of 80. It's a lot of forest for a small party, which is most of the point.

Food from the property

LouEddie’s is 50 steps away and the same family owns both, so the dinner is cooked and served by people who work on the property. That’s one fewer thing to arrange in the week of a wedding.

Almost any evening

You can book any night of the week, so the dinner can go wherever the wedding weekend needs it. Summer Fridays go first.

We take rehearsal dinners from couples marrying anywhere: elsewhere on the mountain, down by the lake, or here at the park.

You get what a wedding party here gets: the whole property, one coordinator running the evening, and dinner from LouEddie’s, the family’s restaurant on the property.
