Everyone you love, under the same hundred-year-old pines
Willow Woods Park is a small wedding venue near Lake Arrowhead — five minutes away, high in the San Bernardino Mountains where a logging camp stood a century ago. Thirty to eighty guests, cabins and forest that need no decorating, and a coordinator called Katie who runs the whole day for you.
Vows under old growth, dinner under the lights, and one setting holding the whole thing together from the first look to the last toast.

Some afternoons the sun comes straight down through the trees and lands on the aisle.
Nobody arranges it. It is what this clearing does in the late afternoon, and it has been doing it since long before the cabins went up.
It is also why photographs taken here on somebody’s phone come out looking like a person was paid to light them.
From vows beneath the pines to the last song at ten

Your guests park, walk in under the trees, and sit down in the open air. You marry beneath old growth. Drinks and photographs happen while we turn the space around behind you, and dinner goes out at long tables as the lights come on.
Music stops at ten, sharp — a local ordinance every venue on this mountain lives with. You have five hours for all of it, or six on the Premium package, and at the end of it the two of you walk to a cabin rather than drive down the hill.
“The night was beyond anything we could have imagined. Our photos look like they are straight out of a Pinterest board, and we will be dreaming about this day for the rest of our lives.”
“Willow Woods was all I could ever want as a bride because it felt like an enchanted forest from a storybook. I loved the rustic and whimsical aesthetic, the cute 1920s cabins, and the woodsy outdoors.”

What the photographs cannot tell you
- Small on purpose
- Thirty to eighty. Most venues on this mountain start at sixty and are built for a hundred and fifty, which is how a forty-person wedding ends up feeling under-attended in a room meant for three times the number.
- Nobody gets back in a car
- Vows, dinner, and dancing all happen within a few hundred feet of each other. No shuttle between the ceremony and the reception, and nobody misses the toast because they were looking for the next room.
- Nothing to decorate
- Hundred-year-old pines, 1920s log cabins, garden paths, and lights strung through the branches. Couples send us their Pinterest boards and then realize they have booked one.
- You stay the night
- The cabins the logging camp left behind are still standing, and on your wedding night one of them is yours. Nobody drives down the mountain at midnight.

Walk it once and you will know
Tours take about an hour and are by appointment. Bring whoever is helping you plan, and we will show you where the ceremony, the dinner, and the dancing would actually go. Call (909) 337-7137 if that is faster.
