A logging camp that never stopped being used
Willow Woods Park has been standing above Lake Arrowhead since 1923. It has been a logging camp, a resort, and a honeymoon stop, and it is now a venue — but the trees and the cabins have stayed put through all of it.

People have been falling for this mountain for over a century
Old growth, and a mile of altitude

Sunlight comes through the canopy rather than over it, which is why photographs taken here look the way they do. The gardens were planted into the spaces the logging left behind, and the log cabins that remain are the ones built when the camp was working.
None of it has been rebuilt to look old. It is old, and it has been kept in use — which is a different thing, and it shows.

Ten years of the same family
It is not a venue company with a catering contract and a booking portal. It is a family, a mountain, and a wood-fired oven, with a coordinator called Katie who has run more weddings under these trees than anyone cares to count.
That is the reason the reviews read the way they do, and it is the part of the place a photograph cannot show you.
Walk the grounds and see how much of it is still here
If the place sounds like the right setting for your wedding or private event, we would rather show you than describe it.
